How long does a website take?

Most single-page Starter websites are ready for review in about one to two weeks. Business and Premium projects typically take two to four weeks depending on how quickly content, photos and feedback come back. You'll get a realistic timeline in writing before any work begins.

Do I own my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After the final payment is received, the website is yours. It is either published professionally on your behalf or ownership is transferred to you — your choice. There is no contract locking you in.

Is there a monthly fee?

There is no mandatory monthly fee. Hosting and domain registration are billed by those providers directly. The optional Website Care Plan is $49 CAD/month if you'd rather have maintenance, health checks and small updates handled for you.

Can customers book online?

Yes, through an integrated booking link. If you already use a scheduling tool such as Calendly, Square or a similar service, I'll place that booking link prominently across the site so customers can reserve a time in one tap.

Can I edit my website later?

Yes. I'll walk you through where your content lives and how to make simple text and photo changes. If you'd rather not touch it at all, the Website Care Plan includes up to 30 minutes of minor content updates each month.

Will it work on phones?

Every website is designed mobile-first, then adapted for tablets and desktops. Before launch I check the site on real screen sizes to confirm layout, buttons and forms all behave properly.

What is included?

Every website includes mobile responsive design, HTTPS setup, contact form setup, a Google Maps embed, click-to-call and click-to-email buttons, social media links, basic SEO setup, custom domain connection, professional publishing, two rounds of revisions, and ownership after final payment.

Do you connect my domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already own a domain, I'll connect and verify it. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you choose and register a suitable domain, then connect it for you. Domain registration fees are paid to the registrar.
