Terms of Service
The working terms for every Blessing Built Web Design project, written in plain language so there are no surprises.
Quotes and scope
Every project begins with a written quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before the website is published or ownership is transferred.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with every package. Additional revision rounds are available and quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide content such as business details, service descriptions, photos and logos, and confirm they hold the rights to use any materials supplied. Timely feedback keeps the agreed timeline on track.
Ownership
After the final payment is received, the completed website belongs to the client. It is either published professionally on the client's behalf or ownership is transferred to the client.
Third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, booking tools and similar third-party services are billed by those providers and governed by their own terms.
Website Care Plan
The Website Care Plan is optional and billed monthly at $49 CAD. It may be cancelled at any time, and clients may choose to manage their own website after delivery.
Results
Websites are built using current best practices for structure, performance and basic SEO. Specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales results are not guaranteed by any provider and are not promised here.
